Our selection process is guided by the following criteria:
- Scale of Impact: Candidates will be judged by the size of the company they lead and the extent of their impact on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall business performance
- Innovative HR Practices: Candidates should have demonstrated innovative approaches and initiatives in human resources management that have positively impacted organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
- Leadership and Vision: We seek individuals who have displayed exceptional leadership and vision in driving HR strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.
- Impactful Contributions: Nominees should have made significant contributions to the field of HR, whether through thought leadership, research, publications, or other forms of professional engagement. Their work should have contributed to advancing the HR profession and shaping the future of work in Asia
- Commitment to Learning and Development: We value individuals who prioritize employee learning, development, and growth, and have implemented innovative programs and initiatives to support continuous learning and skill development within their organizations
- Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Candidates should have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, promoting equal opportunities, and creating an inclusive culture where every individual feels valued and respected. This includes consideration of the scale and variation of impact, judged by the size and heterogeneity of their company

No, this is a non-commercial event. The agenda is to honour the HR Champions and toengage with thought leaders and clients to build a community focused on sharing insights and fostering collaboration within the HR ecosystem.
Awardees are expected to accept recognition and participate in additional activities such as a recorded podcast or self-recorded video sharing about their journey and the impact they've created through various initiatives.
The podcast will be released on our social media channels both pre and post-event to maximize visibility and engagement.
Yes, your presence is essential. Awardees are required to attend the ceremony in person to receive the award and participate in the event activities.
No, this is a closed-door event targeted at CXO level and above professionals within the HR ecosystem.
Yes, you can nominate a leader for this recognition. However, the selection process is at the discretion of the selection committee based on the evaluation criteria.
The top HR thought leaders were selected based on a rigorous selection process that considered factors such as innovative HR practices, leadership and vision, impactful contributions, commitment to learning and development, diversity and inclusion efforts, industry recognition and influence, positive organizational impact, and ethical leadership.
While this is the first time we are recognizing the Top HR Thought Leaders, we have previously organized events on various themes including DEI, ESG, Business and Governance, Women Empowerment, Future of Work, and more. Through these events, we have engaged with professionals from the HR ecosystem and beyond.
The event will take place in Mumbai on August 08, 2024 and on August 16, 2024 in Singapore. Detailed timing and agenda will be provided closer to the event date.
Yes, the event will include networking opportunities where attendees can connect with fellow HR professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders.
Certainly, the event agenda does include a panel discussion. However, it's important to note that this segment is separate, and the felicitated leaders will not be part of that panel.
