  • Leadership and Vision: We seek individuals who have displayed exceptional leadership and vision in driving HR strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.
  • Impactful Contributions: Nominees should have made significant contributions to the field of HR, whether through thought leadership, research, publications, or other forms of professional engagement. Their work should have contributed to advancing the HR profession and shaping the future of work in Asia
  • Commitment to Learning and Development: We value individuals who prioritize employee learning, development, and growth, and have implemented innovative programs and initiatives to support continuous learning and skill development within their organizations
